We’re taking the costs and commitment out of event management.

We know how hard it can be to pass on a labour of love and something as important as a wedding or celebration you’ve worked so hard on, but in our eyes the hosts should be enjoying their day with a champagne in hand with the people they love, not checking their phone following up on bookings.

No matter how organised your timings and bookings are on paper, there are always unplanned situations and we believe you shouldn’t have to feel responsible for these during your event. After handing over your event to us, we care about every small detail as much as you and want you to go into your event feeling relaxed, excited and safe in the knowledge everything is being taken care of by professionals.

How We Work.

  • Dream up your event,

    Create your dream day or event, taking care of initial planning and bookings. Planning to your budget, timings and needs and not paying for additional planning costs.

  • Handover.

    You can handover to us up to 4 weeks before your event to ensure we have every detail taken care of. We can meet virtually or in person, with up to 5 hours of comprehensive meeting time included and one site visit*.

  • The Event.

    It’s the big day! Our project manager will be on site to help coordinate any last, on the day set up, timings, guest arrival, issues - you name it, for up to 12 hours.

What we take care of.

  • Meetings from at least 4 weeks prior to the event to run through a comprehensive wedding day handover.

  • Making initial handover contact with all suppliers, following up on bookings.

  • Liaising with your venue & suppliers on your behalf arranging ‘on the day’ schedules for them all.

  • Meeting all suppliers on the day for set up, ensuring they are there on time and know where they need to be.

  • Creation of a comprehensive timeline of your day, including all of my behind the scenes tasks.

  • Coordination of remainder venue set up including table plans, decoration, lighting and music, ensuring the ambience and room are exactly how you envisaged.

  • Coordination of order of events.

  • Discreet handling of any unexpected eventualities.

  • Tidy up of any rooms within the venue after all have used.

  • Emergency kit on hand including essentials such as safety pins, sewing kit, hairspray, tissues, make up the list goes on.

  • Full assistance to the couple and guests arriving.

  • Responsibility for all monies for supplier payment balances on the day.

  • Presence for up to 12 hours on the wedding day.
